Quick 'Catan' purchase

Bought 'Catan' and an expansion. Checkout was fast. Delivery took 5 days. Everything arrived safely. Happy with the purchase.

Smooth order for Rollenspiele gear

I ordered a few miniatures and some special colors for them, plus a set of dice. The website was clear, and finding what I needed was easy. Checkout was simple enough, though I did have to confirm the international shipping details which was expected. My package arrived in 9 days to California, which was pretty decent considering it crossed the Atlantic. Everything was packed securely, with no broken miniature pieces or spilled paint. The quality of the items was exactly as described, and the colors were vibrant. It was a solid experience from start to finish, good for anyone needing specialized 'Spielzubehör'.

Decent selection, slow delivery

I bought 'Wingspan' and a 'Spielmatte' during their Sommersale. The prices were competitive, definitely a plus. However, delivery took nearly two weeks, which felt a bit long for an international shipment, even considering it came from Germany. Everything was well-packaged when it arrived, no damage. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status. Overall, a good experience but the shipping could be quicker.

Good deal on Arkham Horror LCG

I was looking for Arkham Horror LCG expansions and Milan Spiele had the best price. I got a good discount on one of the 'Angebot der Woche' items. Shipping was fair, and it arrived faster than I thought. Felt like good value for my money.

Consistent service as always

This was my third order from Milan Spiele, and they delivered again. I grabbed a couple of new 'Kennerspiele' and some card sleeves. Their inventory is always reliable, especially for those harder-to-find items. Shipping was standard, about a week to get to me in NYC. Good to know I can count on them for my board game needs.

Got my Catan fast

Ordered Catan for a game night, just the basic Familienspiel. It was pretty straightforward, website was easy to use. Came in about 5 days, which was fine. No issues, everything was good. Would order again if I need more games.

Detailed experience with 'Gloomhaven'

I recently purchased 'Gloomhaven' from Milan Spiele, along with a custom insert. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, very easy to navigate the categories. Confirmation email arrived quickly. Shipping took about a week to arrive in New York. The box was robust, and 'Gloomhaven' arrived in perfect condition, which is important for such a large game. The insert fit well too. I had a question about tracking, and their customer service responded within 24 hours, which was helpful. Quality of products is high, no complaints there. Would consider them again for future game purchases.

Good selection, slow delivery

I ordered 'Wingspan' and some card sleeves. The product selection was great, found everything I needed easily. Prices were competitive too. The main issue was shipping; it took almost 8 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit long for an online order. Packaging was secure, though. Overall a decent experience, but they could improve on delivery speed.
